睡觉是非常重要。大家都需要休息一下，超极人也有睡觉，那我们呢？我们没有什么超极当然应该睡觉。休息让给我们苏力做所有的活动。睡觉也让我们长高。

Hi, sorry i havent posted anything for a while... well, on thursday, we went to geylang serai (dont think sick) cc to do some basic archery. well our team pwned thru the whole session.XD And on friday we got our papers back(heart thumping...) Well, i didnt fail anything! Yay! majority of the class failed lit. so sad:(o well i didnt, hahaz.bb for now

活个键康的生活是非常容易。第一个重要的点子是吃对的食物。上面的食物金字塔能帮我们这样做。最上面的食物你吃最少，下面的食物你吃最多。还有睡觉，最好的是每天睡大概九小时。每天也要喝八杯水。做多运动会强壮身体，就不会常常生病。
